About Chiara
Chiara Barden
AI Enablement Strategist · Founder, Better by Design
Chiara Barden is an AI Trainer and Strategist based in Richmond, VA, and the founder of Better by Design AI.
I built Better by Design because most AI training talks at people. This one works with them.
Over three years I’ve trained 8,000+ professionals on AI. Before launching this business, I served as an HR AI Ambassador at a Fortune 500 company, running 15+ workshops, training 500+ colleagues there, and building AI university partnerships with 30+ institutions. I didn’t learn this in a classroom. I built it in the field, then created the ROCK™ framework to make it repeatable for everyone.
